Rob Hall has made arrangements with the Best Western Colony Inn motel, in Atascadero, CA. to host our annual get together. Rob has reserved a block of rooms for us at a discounted rate.
Our ANZAC memorial service will be held at the newly constructed "Faces of Freedom" Veterans' Memorial in Atascadero. The time for the service will be announced at the Meet and Greet.
Here is the information Rob gave us:
I have now signed a contract with Best Western in Atascadero. I have reserved up to 10 rooms for Thursday, 21 April to Sunday, 24 April 2011 for anyone who wants to arrive on the Thursday.
• Check in time is 1400 hours.
• Check out time is 1200 hours.
• Rooms have 2 Queen beds at a rate of $104 plus 10% Tax.
• Rooms include breakfast.
• Individuals to pay for their rooms, taxes and Incidentals.
• Cancellation within 7 days of scheduled arrival will cost the equivalent of one night's room and tax.
• Reservations must be received by 8 April 2011.
